Through using videos, countries can promote themselves in an effective way that is relatively inexpensive compared to other promotional methods. It gives a country the opportunity to showcase their strengths and competitive skils in a medium that is easy to grab the attention of the customers. Promotional videos can be broadcast directly to the target audience for free through video portals. Some of the places where videos can be uploaded are: YouTube, AOL Video, Myspace Video and Google Video. All of these video portals are effective places to publish videos because they are commonly used by millions of people each day. Therefore, this will increase the chances of the video being seen by as many people as possible around the world.
